You must agree to all the Terms and Conditions before registering in any of our programs.

Refund policy

Once your tuition is paid, you have 3 working days to notify us that you wish to withdraw from class to receive a full refund less a $50 registration fee.

The return on this investment can be staggering but only if you finish what you start, so there will be no refunds given after 3 working days. The RightMate4U™ program is about creating a committed relationship. To yourself and eventually to your lifelong romantic partner. Our intention is that you remain committed to this course in order to derive the benefits enjoyed by so many of our graduates.

In the case of a catastrophic emergency a student may contact us to request a temporary suspension of their registration. This may be redeemed (but is not transferrable to another person) for a future class, assuming one is available.

Privacy Policy

We understand your privacy is very important to you. We will never share your email address or contact information of any kind with any outside organization. We only use secure servers and never share your financial information with anyone.

We also require that our students respect each other's privacy and do NOT discuss students' shared information outside of class. If anybody is found in violation of this or is behaving in a rude or unacceptable manner, then they will be asked to leave the course and no refund will be given. Keeping a safe and supportive environment for our Webinar group is one of our top goals.

Legal Terms

The RightMate4U™ (RM4U) course participant agrees not to share any course material with anyone who is not currently registered in or has completed a RightMate4U™ program. MateMagic® LLC (legal owner of the RightMate4U™ course) may use at its discretion all information and materials gathered from past and current course participants in current and future works, communications and publications both online and offline while protecting the privacy of its course students and graduates, i.e. using aliases or first names only unless the graduate gives their express permission to do otherwise. The RM4U course does not guarantee that a course participant will find their mate. MateMagic® LLC, its partners, its instructors, independent contractors and support staff are not responsible for any outcome, positive or negative that a course participant experiences. Course participants are entirely responsible for their own experience in any of the RM4U courses and in applying the tools and techniques taught in the course after the classes are complete. The RightMate4U™ course is not a substitute for therapy.

If the class instructor is unable to teach in the case of a personal or health emergency, 'act of God', technical difficulties or other conditions outside of the instructor's control, then the course will be rescheduled. If, due to any of the aforementioned conditions the entire course is cancelled then all tuition monies will be fully refunded.

MateMagic® LLC will not be held liable for any costs incurred by any registrant in the case of a cancelled course under any circumstances.

MateMagic® LLC reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. Notification of changes to these Terms will be posted on the website.
